Terms & Conditions

Acceptance

Please read these Terms very carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, Food Genie will not be able to provide any of its Services to you. By accessing or viewing the Platform and/or using the Services, you represent that you have read the Terms and agree to be bound by the same. We may amend/modify the Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. You are suggested to keep informed and check the platform on regular basis. If you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions as may be modified from time to time, you have the option to not avail or discontinue from availing our Services.

About the Delivery

All meals will be delivered together in the morning in between 6-9am. If you want a specific meal to be delivered individually, a charge of 49rs per day is applicable. You can pause the meal/s a day before 5pm or at the time of subscription and get it delivered the day you want. • Meal/s can be carry forward upto two weeks. • Pause request within 24 hours of the delivery will not be entertained. Declaration

We do not negotiate prices on our products and all our prices are final. Food Genie will not be responsible for any meal compensation if the meal delivery is delayed because of unforeseen events like heavy rainfall, natural calamities etc. If there is any change in address kindly inform us four hours before; post that no request will be entertained. Delivery of meal on the changed address within 1 km would not be chargeable, above one km, Rs 10 per km is chargeable within the area served by Food Genie.

Medical Conditions

Food Genie is not responsible for any medical condition/s that is experienced by the client during the tenure of the subscription and is not liable to pay any compensation for the same. Note: The same food is consumed by team members including founder.

Refund Policy

In case a user wants to terminate the subscription due to any reason be it transfer, family emergency and similar then: • Full refund will be made if the request is initiated before 24 hours of the first meal delivery of the subscription. • If the request is initiated within 24 hours of the first delivery of the subscription then a sum of Rs1500 will be deducted. • If the request is initiated when two hours of the first delivery of the subscribed package is left then charges of Rs1500 plus one meal (charges applicable as per daily basis not the subscribed package) will be deducted. • If the request is initiated after consuming the meal/s then charges of consumed meal/s (applicable as per daily basis not the subscribed package) will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded. • No refund is applicable on individual meals ordered. • No refunds will be initiated if the kitchen is not operational because of circumstances which are not under the control of the management like strikes, natural disaster etc. The meal/s will be delivered when the situation subsides. The mode of refund is UPI or similar. The processing and completion of the refund process takes upto five working days.
